J.D. Salinger RIP

I just found out that J.D. Salinger, author of The Catcher in the Rye (which I read in college) and Nine Stories (which I had on my reading list for a while) is now dead. The article regarding his death can be found here.  It does mention Nine Stories. (And to think I read that and mentioned it on my blog not too long ago.)

    I just realized that Salinger died the same age as one of my great-grandfathers on my dad's side of the family. (Age 91)
